ENERLICE has just delivered three energy shelters that will be combined with scientific sampling shelters. These shelters, deployed on the Antarctic ice pack, will provide autonomy for the electronic equipment.
Each Shelter includes 2 SUPERWIND wind turbines specially designed for the environment, flexible photovoltaic panels, a methanol fuel cell, a 50 kW Li-ion storage system and a Victron control and management system.
These containers left our workshops in October bound for Le Havre, then Australia, Tasmania, the Dumont D’Urville coastal base and finally the continent.
A great technical and logistical challenge.
