Cie des Salins du Midi: installation of a 10 kW industrial wind turbine

Since 1856, the Salins Group has been one of the European leaders specializing in the production and marketing of salt. With very large areas under operation, the group is committed to an eco-responsible approach as a producer of its own energy. The Salin De Giraud site with its 8,000 hectare meadows, has a geography and wind resource that is particularly suitable for the installation of professional wind turbines. This first pilot site, perfectly integrated into its environment, will be a milestone in the deployment of small wind power, with local production.
