ENERLICE is establishing its headquarters in Opwijk, Belgium, in the heart of the Flemish region, a region renowned for its commitment to renewable energy and sustainable agriculture.
Together, we are offering the SCIROCCO S15 wind turbine, a high-performance wind turbine that meets the specific needs of the Belgian agricultural market, while taking into account the energy, economic, and regulatory constraints specific to local operations.
Berckmans All Services is a young team of experienced and dynamic technicians specializing in electrical engineering and renewable energies. They have been supporting ENERLICE’s teams in the field for several years and have extensive experience in the wind and energy sectors.
The company’s clientele consists primarily of farms, as well as professionals and industrialists of all sizes.

The SCIROCCO S15 wind turbine
With 15 years of experience in small wind turbines and more than 300 completed projects, ENERLICE has partnered with leading European specialists to offer our two Scirocco S15 wind turbine models based on a common foundation.
Designing a wind turbine is complex, even more so when the specifications are: simplicity, productivity, and robustness. Working with experienced partners on each of the critical components is our guarantee of quality. The overall design was carried out by TUGE, a long-time Estonian manufacturer and partner; the control system comes from Italian specialist Elpower; and the blades are from Danish company Olsen Wings. All components have been carefully assembled to enable us to offer the best wind turbine performance with very little maintenance.
