GPA, the French leader in automobile recycling with more than 25,000 vehicles recycled each year, is located in Livron sur Drome in the Rhône valley. Already a leader in renewable energies, with nearly 8 Mwh installed on the 25 hectares of the site, GPA has the choice of providing an energy mix with the installation of a 100 KW wind turbine which should produce 380 MWh per year, and especially in winter and at night, while the panels are less efficient or stopped .ENERLICE took care of the preliminary studies, the machine selection proposals and the installation. The choice of wind turbine from the European machines offered was made on rigorous technical and production criteria. The Italian manufacturer ESPE, with its elegant 2-blade class I wind turbine, made it possible to offer the best technical-commercial compromise.

This type of industrial project providing an energy mix with average power is a pioneer in France, and the example of GPA should create a spin-off among other companies keen to guarantee their energy balance.
