ENERLICE has just delivered 3 energy shelters which will be associated with scientific sampling shelters. These Shelters, deployed on the Antarctic ice floe, will allow electronic equipment to be autonomous.
Each Shelter includes 2 SUPERWIND wind turbines specially designed for the environment, flexible photovoltaic panels, a methanol fuel cell, 50 kW Li Ion storage and a system of Victron control and management.
These containers left our workshops in October heading to Le Havre, then Australia, Tasmania, the Dumont D’Urville coastal base and finally the continent.
A great technical and logistical challenge
